At Franco’s Pizza e Pasta, our story is not just about serving food; it’s about honouring a legacy built on passion, perfection, and the belief that the simplest things in life are often the best. Our mission is to bring the authentic, time-tested flavours of Italian cooking, pioneered by our founder, Francesco “Nonno Franco” Oscuri, directly from Foggia to the heart of Dubai.
The face of our brand is the humble and incredibly talented chef, Francesco “Franco” Oscuri. Franco dedicated his life to mastering the difficult art of simple Italian classics.
His guiding philosophy was straightforward: “The simplest dish is the hardest to master.”
He poured his heart into perfecting every element—from creating pizza dough that sighs with life, to ensuring pasta is cooked perfectly al dente. Franco never relied on inherited fame; he wrote his own cookbook through meticulous technique, unwavering focus on fresh ingredients, and genuine heart.
